About message forwarding
Message forwarding is a service that redirects, or forwards,
email sent to your Site Administrator email address. Once you set up message
forwarding, messages are automatically forwarded to the address you specify.
Forwarded messages are accessible only through the account to which they
are forwarded. No copies are kept in the System Administrator email account.
Message forwarding is useful when you want access all of
your email through one account, or when you want to prevent Site Administrator
email from taking up too much disk space on your site.
Email messages sent to your Site Administrator email address can quickly
accumulate and devour disk space. To save disk space, you can use message
forwarding. If you do not use message forwarding, it is recommended that
you periodically forward Site Administrator email to an off-site address,
then delete it from your account.
You can set up, view, and stop message forwarding.
