Changing user information

On occasion, it may be necessary to change a userís account information, for example, to change a password or to enable access to services.

To update user information:

  1. In the shortcuts area of the Home page, click Manage Users (Users section).

  2. On the Manage Users list, locate the user whose information you want to change, then the Actions column, click Edit. The Edit User form opens.

  3. Change the user's information, then click Save.

  4. Note: If you have upgraded from an earlier version of the control panel, and want to enable user subdomains for the user, then select the Create a user subdomain checkbox.
