Searching for a specific user

You can search by keywords to quickly locate a user from the User List.

To search for a user:

  1. In the shortcuts area of the Home page, click Manage Users (Users section). The Manage Users list is displayed. Search fields appear above the list.

  2. In the first search field, click the arrow and choose whether you want to search by user name or full name.

  3. In the second search field, click the arrow and choose the operator you want to use.

An operator compares the search criterion you chose in the first search field with the keywords you enter in the third search field.

  1. In the third search field, enter the keywords on which you want to search.

  2. Click Search.

The system searches for users that match your criteria and lists them in the form.
